This beautifully renovated holiday house, positioned right at the start of Toompany Beach, has been given a new lease on life and is now ready for guests to enjoy. Sleeping up to 10 people, SALTY BEACH offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a generous size deck that wraps around three quarters of the house. The four bedrooms upstairs have queen beds with the main bedroom having direct access to the front deck with views across the water to Moreton Island. With its own ensuite, this air-conditioned bedroom is a beautiful place to relax, unwind and be lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves.
The second bedroom also offers an ensuite and is air-conditioned with a wall mounted smart TV. The other two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds are positioned between the main bathroom and also offer smart TV’s and air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
The expansive air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a beautiful space for family and friends to come together, with all areas having access to the deck. The lounge area offers views to the ocean and has an 80-inch smart TV with a Netflix account free for guests to use. Relax in the chairs positioned in front of the firebox for those chilly nights or gather the family and friends around the outside firepit. The large dining table seats 10 and the spacious kitchen offers a 90cm electric freestanding oven, large family fridge, dishwasher and pod coffee machine with stool seating at the breakfast bar for four.
